Alex Wehrley (born on July 29, 1988 in Elm Grove, Wisconsin) is an American TV host and Miss USA competitor. Before moving to Los Angeles to pursue her career, Alex hosted Tribune Media’s Eye Opener, as well as the talk show Oklahoma LIVE. After heading to Hollywood, she began working as a freelancer for E! News Now and Dick Clark Productions, and has also co-hosted the CMA Awards red carpet and VH1’s Big Morning Buzz with Nick Lachey. In 2009, she was crowned Miss Wisconsin and competed in the Miss USA pageant. Six years later, she co-hosted the Miss USA pageant after the original hosts dropped out following Donald Trump’s anti-Mexican remarks in his presidential campaign.
