It looks like there’s going to be a new beauty trend for Spring and two of our favorite celebrities were spotted trying it out. Khloe Kardashian, 32, and Katy Perry, 32, both opted to wear striking blue eyeliner and it’s totally bold. While rocking a bold eyeliner in a bright color like blue can be hard to pull off, they both looked fabulous.

Katy rocked her bold look when she headed to Elton John’s 70th birthday party in LA on March 25th in a gorgeous sequin Rasario wrap dress. Katy looked so rock and roll in her hair and makeup which was done by hair stylist, Chris Appleton, and makeup artist, Anthony H. Nguyen. Her shaved platinum blonde hair was swept to the side in a slicked back gelled wave and her makeup was done in a perfect thick cat-eye. Her turquoise blue eyeliner was so thick, that it completely covered her eyelids and ended in a perfect cat eye at the end. The best part of her look though, was the little circle of blue eyeliner UNDER her lashes — it looked so cool and different.
While we loved Katy’s cool rock ‘n roll look, we also loved Khloe’s glam makeup. Khloe’s look was done by her makeup artist, Hrush Achemyan, and it was amazing. She rocked a bright orange eyeshadow that ended all the way at the top of her brows and then added thick metallic blue eyeliner under the entire length of her eyes. The metallic blue liner made her eyes dazzle and we love the shimmer effect it had.
