1. She might be the reason why Drake and Rihanna reportedly split.
Rihanna, 28, was the one to call off the relationship after Drake, 29, “paraded” Dakota Gonzalez, 21, around his concert’s after party on Sept. 11, according to a Life & Style report. Our jaws immediately hit the floor because just ONE day prior, Drake invited the “Needed Me” singer on stage and professed his love for her.
2. Like Drake, Dakota loves basketball!
Match made in heaven, much? Drake is a huge fan of the Toronto Raptors, which is perfect, because Dakota played basketball in high school and college. She played for the University of Kansas, and was said to be “a good leader on the court,” according to UNLV Rebels. Dakota says she’s “still hoopin'” on her Instagram page.

3. She’s a Sagittarius.
Women born under the Archer sign are told to be brutally honest, and the biggest travelers out of all the zodiacs (unless NASA’s new discovery totally screwed up the charts). Her birthday is Dec. 9, 1994. Drake is a Scorpio, so the two signs aren’t 100% compatible, but there’s still hope!

On Dakota’s Instagram, she lists a link that takes us to her SoundCloud page. And guess what song is the first to show up? A remix of DRAKE’S “ONE DANCE” SINGLE! The lyrics are different, but the tempo and beats are the same.
5. She’s a model and a twin!
Dakota does some Instagram modeling on the side of her up-and-coming musical career — and has over nine hundred thousand followers because of it! Her musical group Dyl-Kota is made up of her, and twin sister Dylan. They released a track titled “Nobody Knows” in Dec. 2015.
