So who was the model talking about in the first caption? Who sent her the flowers? Her boyfriend, Jaden Smith, 18? Or the guy she might be cheating on him with, Gunner Stahl? After the alleged cheating scandal broke on Aug. 1, when Gunner tweeted a pic of Sarah in bed with him, AND tagged Jaden, it’s a little hard to tell. The caption makes it seem like Jaden is still her boyfriend and her “man.” So then Gunner could be the “salty” ex.

But the BIG question is, why did she change the caption? Did she feel like it revealed something she doesn’t want people to know? Perhaps, Jaden and her have broken up and now the caption was too painful to keep — not to mention inaccurate. Maybe her “man” is Gunner and she doesn’t want to deal with the backlash on social media after people find out she’s left Jaden. Ah, we need more details!
