When Rihanna opened up about her past relationships in the November issue of Vanity Fair, she blatantly admitted that her last “real” relationship was with Chris Brown, not Drizzy. Even though it seems like Ri’s comment throws some major shade at Drake, a source tells us he actually couldn’t argue with what she had to say. In fact, he apparently didn’t care to go beyond the boyfriend/girlfriend stage anyway!
“For once, Drake agrees with Rihanna! Her saying they weren’t an official item is an accurate characterization. Not to be cocky but Drake knows he’s the prize. He’s the man and every women he’s ever been with has wanted to make a husband out of him. Rihanna was one of those women and unfortunately for her, he wasn’t trying to go there with her on that type of commitment level,” an insider revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “He’s sorry. She’s a lovely woman but she’s too wild and out of control for him. That attitude and party animal energy is fun every now and then, but that’s not what he’s looking for long term, especially not in a wife!”
After Drake shut down any chance of ever marrying Rihanna, our source added, “he hopes she’s not mad or bitter” about how he feels. Considering Rihanna and Drake both dissed their history pretty hard, we doubt Ri will have any hard feelings!
