After months of speculation, Will Smith, 46, and Jada Pinkett Smith, 43, are on the brink of getting a divorce, according to a new report. The two allegedly came up with a solid confidential settlement that protects both their $240 million fortune and two children. Apparently Will and Jada just couldn't stay together any longer, even for the sake of their kids.

Another day, another divorce report for Will and Jada. This new allegation is no different. After coming to the tough decision of ending their marriage of 17 years, Will and Jada reportedly came up a settlement deal they both agreed on. An insider revealed to Radar Online that they “worked out a confidential settlement to protect their $240 million fortune, and prepared their kids for the fallout.” The insider continued to reveal what drove the superstar couple to this decision.

“For Will and Jada, holding it together these past few years has been tough because their marriage has been on life support for a long time,” a source told the online outlet. “They’re exhausted from trying to maintain the façade of a happy union.” While the source is claiming the couple is tired of lying about their unhappy relationship, a source told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that the latest Will & Jada divorce report is totally false. “Not true,” the source said. “It’s so stupid.” For those who are rooting for the couple to dissolve their marriage, it won’t be happening for a while.

Will, too, shut down the rumors himself. “Under normal circumstances, I don’t usually respond to foolishness,” he wrote on Facebook. “But so many people have extended me their “deepest condolences” that I figured – “What the hell… I can be foolish, too!” So in the interest of redundant, repetitious, over & over-again-ness…Jada and I are… NOT GETTING A DIVORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! : -) I promise you all – if I ever decide to divorce my Queen – I SWEAR I’ll tell you myself!”

Will & Jada Putting Off Divorce For The Kids

After being married for 17 years, it’s normal for couples like Will and Jada to have their up and down moments. Although they may have thought about ending their relationship, a source exclusively tells HollywoodLife.com that probably isn’t going to happen any time soon. “Because of the kids, because of the financial aspect of what divorce does, and dividing assets, they are reluctant to go down that road,” the insider said.
