Even if her boobs start to hurt later in the pregnancy, she’d still rather go braless and feel sexy and voluptuous.”

While in Europe this week, the reality star opened up about how much weight she’s gained in that one particular area. “I’ve gained like 15 pounds already!” she told Today. “It’s in my boobs right now. My boobs are huge!” Indeed, we’ve barely seen a baby bump, even in the tightest of outfits, but Kim certainly hasn’t been shy about covering up her cleavage.
Kim may not be dreading her chest growth, but one thing she isn’t looking forward to is her feet getting bigger and swelling up again like they did when she was pregnant with North, 2. Luckily, her hubby, Kanye West, 38, has come up with an amazing solution for his lady.
“The last thing Kim wants to do is wear ugly, unflattering flats,” an insider told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “But Kanye has come up with a solution. He is having shoes custom-made for Kim, that will stretch to accommodate and swelling. He knows how important shoes are to Kim, and will make sure they look sexy and classy.”
Kim was pretty miserable the first time around, so it’s great that Kanye is doing whatever it takes to make her feel good now that she’s expecting their second child, a son. We can’t wait to continue checking out Kim’s amazing maternity looks — she won’t give birth for five or six more months, so we’ve still got a ways to go!
