Nicki Minaj’s Eyeliner — Sexy Cat Eye
We admit winged eyeliner can be pretty difficult to draw on, but with the right steps you can achieve Nicki’s look in just 5 minutes!
1) First, you want a fantastic eyeliner that’s long lasting and doesn’t budge! Our recommendation is the Kat Von D Tattoo Eyeliner in Trooper.

It’s a marker type applicator, so it really gives you that perfect precision you want — especially for a winged liner look!2) Next is the application. The most difficult part in creating the liner is making both eyes symmetrical. We recommend starting from the end rather than the inner corners. Creating an imaginary line, follow your bottom lash line up to your desired length.
3) Then, take your liner to your inner corner and make a line following your eye shape.
