Life & Style is breaking down Christina’s balanced diet. In addition to limiting alcohol, Christina now avoids unhealthy favorites like Nate ‘n Al’s restaurant, a place with everything from chocolate chip pancakes to corned beef.
For breakfast, Christina starts with blueberries, half an avocado and turkey bacon, an ideal combo of healthy fats and protein.
For a snack, she relies on celery with almond butter. For lunch she goes lean, eating chicken breast over a veggie-filled salad. No creamy dressings!
Christina also loves shrimp cocktail as a healthy snack. For dinner, she loves chicken or fish curry and splurges with a glass of wine!
