Kianna’s felonies took place on two different dates, according to the indictments. On Aug. 20, she reportedly did “attempt to commit or commit theft” of Ricardo Hernandez‘s residence as per the Euless Police Department resulting in her first charge of Burglary of Habitation.
On that same day, Kianna was involved in two different armed robberies in Fort Worth. “While in the course of committing theft of property and with intent to obtain or maintain control of said property, [she did] threaten or place Joshua Little in fear of imminent bodily injury or death, and the defended used or exhibited a deadly weapon — a firearm,” reads the second indictment. According to the third, she also used a gun to “threaten” victim Drew Murray.
The next day on Aug. 21, Kianna was again involved in another burglary — this time, back in Euless. She reportedly attempted “to remove a window screen, or by attempting to open a sliding glass door,” tried to enter into Jill Monico‘s house. But according to the fourth indictment, Kianna “failed.” This resulted in the attempted burglary of habitation charge.
Kianna is set to appear in Tarrant County’s 396 District court for a consultation hearing on Oct. 31. Her attorney Bruce Ashworth is expected to enter a plea. A resolution on her case can be met on that day, but if not, the case will continue to another court date.
