Lourdes wants blue hair! Will Madonna budge?
Carlos, 44, met Madonna, now 52, in the 90s while the pair were in New York City. They split in 1997, seven months after Lourdes was born, but have remained close for the sake of their daughter. And let’s hope Madonna is the disciplinarian because Carlos admits he’s a pretty easygoing dad! “I’m a lenient dad,” says the personal trainer and Immigration Tango actor. “I’m very empathetic, and I’m good at listening to my daughter … I’m probably a bad dad when it comes to disciplining her.”
But at 14, Lourdes is entering a new phase in life and will soon be exploring the dating world…uh, oh! “I’m dreading it so much, because she’s my little girl. I want her to stay young forever,” he says. “I’m already overprotective, so when the time comes, I will be ready to have a talk with the guy she brings through the door. He better be ready, because I’ll give him the rundown!”

And let’s hope Lourdes doesn’t get her hands on Daniel Radcliffe or R-Patz — Carlos and Madonna will be in trouble! “She loves to watch Harry Potter. It’s a favorite of hers. We can watch that 100 times – well, she can,” Carlos says. “Twilight is also pretty big at our house. She likes Robert Pattinson. She’s Team Edward all the way.” We thought she’d be more of a Team Jacob kind of girl!
