We thought we couldn’t love Noah Centineo more, but he proved us wrong with his “10 Essentials” interview with GQ. Between the notebook he keeps to make sense of his thoughts and the steady stream of books he reads, it’s clear that he’s got the mind of a writer and is a deep thinker. Many of his other essentials, like his cell phone, were listed as ways to keep him connected to others, which has us swooning all the more.
According to Noah, the notebook he carries with him was a gift from his manager and has his initials engraved on it. “My manager gave me this because he knows that I love writing and journaling…I find I like to keep things in a lot…I’m not very good at expressing my thoughts to other people…” He added that if he’s battling with something, he likes to write it down. We’re here for this self-awareness and strategy to process feelings in a healthy way.
