Vine Stars Who Are Now Famous

Vine stars: in a way, they were some of our first influencers. Well, minus the brand deals. While we had our YouTube stars from the late aughts/early 2010’s, Vine introduced a whole new class of online content creators after its launch in Jan. 2013. This content was much different from YouTube videos; Vines were only made up of six-second clips.

From King Bach to Brittany Furlan, many people found fame on Vine and used that to propel their careers, even after the platform was shut down in Oct. 2016. Logan Paul, pictured above, is one of the most famous examples of people from Vine who are now famous. After gaining more than three million followers in 2014, he eventually went on to transfer that fame onto YouTube. He’s also known for hosting his popular podcast series, Impaulsive, and for getting into boxing.

Now scroll through our gallery below to check out other celebrities who got their start on Vine.
