Quincy Jones left his mark on the music industry, thanks to his contributions to the jazz and pop scenes. After finding his groove as a jazz artist in the 1950s, he went on to record and produce pop songs. Eventually, Quincy collaborated with some of pop’s biggest artists, including Michael Jackson on albums such as Thriller. With 28 Grammy wins and multiple other accolades, Quincy built a successful seven-decade career.
In November 2024, Quincy died at the age of 91. He is survived by his seven children, and his family paid tribute to the late record producer while announcing his death.
