The pair broke up in April 2018, just a month before they were to be married. John refused to have children and it proved a deal breaker. By autumn of that year, she was photographed out and about with Artem, and rumors started that they were dating. She confirmed in the March 2019 season finale of her E! reality show ‘Total Bellas’ that she and Artem were boyfriend and girlfriend. He proposed to her on a Nov. 2019 trip to France and she accepted. The couple decided to wait until the new year to reveal the big news, announcing their engagement on Instagram on Jan. 3, 2020. On Jan. 29, 2020, Nikki announced she and Artem were pregnant with their first child. Not only that, her twin sister Brie Bella and her husband Daniel Bryan were also expecting their second child and the sisters due dates are within two weeks of each other.
