The supermodel is famous for her annual Halloween party, and while she’s known for being a bombshell year-round, she really likes to get weird with her costumes. Over the years she’s been a gory alien, old lady, and a variety of witches.

This year for her 21st Annual Halloween Party, Heidi really topped herself. She showed up as a creepy worm during the soiree, which was presented by Now Screaming x Prime Video and Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur. Somehow she managed to wiggle down the red carpet at Sake No Hana at New York’s Moxy Lower East Side without the help of arms and legs.

Talking about her look with USA Today, Heidi said, “I just wanted to think outside the box and do something different and I thought we all know a rain worm. And I want to put a smile on people’s faces. … I thought it’d be funny.”
