Hannah Ann was formerly in beauty pageants, but she rose to fame on season 24 of ‘The Bachelor’ in 2020. Hannah Ann fell for Peter Weber on the show, and she was his final pick at the last rose ceremony. Peter proposed to Hannah Ann and they were secretly engaged between filming and when the show aired. During that time, though, Peter broke things off with Hannah Ann, admitting he still had feelings for his runner-up, Madison Prewett.

Peter and Hannah Ann reunited at ‘After the Final Rose,’ where he revealed that he was giving his relationship with Madison another shot (they broke up two days later). Hannah Ann moved on from the breakup and moved to Los Angeles, where she began living a more private life. In 2021, she started dating Los Angeles Rams running back Jake Funk, and at the beginning of 2023, they got engaged.
