Diane Keaton died at the age of 79. We’re looking back at her life in photos here.
Diane Keaton charmed audiences in the late ’60s, winning people over with her quirky sense of style and comedic timing. The actress — born January 5, 1946, and died on October 11, 2025 — got her start on the stage, starring in the hit Broadway musical Hair in 1968. Not long after she met Woody Allen, who she worked with on Annie Hall, which earned her an Oscar in 1977. The duo would also work together on classics like Manhattan, Sleeper, and more.
Diane would also prove her dramatic talents by playing Kay Adams-Corleone in The Godfather trilogy and feminist activist Louise Bryant in Reds (1981). Since then, she’s starred in hits like Father of the Bride (1991), Manhattan Murder Mystery (1993), The First Wives Club (1996), The Family Stone (2005), Finding Dory (2016), and Book Club (2018).
Unfortunately, Diane died on October 11, 2025, at 79, from pneumonia.
