Cristy Deweese’s Playboy past came back to haunt her. “I posed for Playboy as a co-ed, graduated with my degree at 20, and then at 21 I got hired at a magnet school in Dallas, close to downtown, to teach high school Spanish, grades 9 through 12,” Cristy reveals in this EXCLUSIVE preview of the July 24 episode of Secrets of Playboy.

Before she began her teaching job, Cristy admits she thought about how she didn’t want her students to find out that she had posed for Playboy. She says she went to thrift shops and found the “grandma-looking clothes” she could find to wear to school.

“I deleted all the photos from my social media. Anywhere where I had posted pictures of myself modeling I had taken them down. But then I thought that because I had done it before it wouldn’t really matter,” Cristy adds.

Cristy had been teaching at the school for 2 to 3 months when a few girls walked into her classroom before school started to talk to her. They had discovered her Playboy shoot. Cristy claimed she was later fired from her for her past work with Playboy. This episode dives deep into Playboy’s past of pictorials featuring often barely-legal college women like Cristy.

Secrets of Playboy season 2 explores the ripple effect of being involved with Playboy. The new season tackles how the Playboy experience continued to impact women’s lives long after they’d posed for the magazine. Season 2 features never-before-seen interviews with former Playmates and Playboy models, girlfriends of Hugh Hefner.
