Natalie Portman, 39, took her mini-me daughter Amalia on a rare outing in Sydney, while on a break from filming the new Thor movie. The actress cut a casual figure when she stepped out with the three-year-old on January 6, rocking a pair or denim daisy duke shorts and a blue tee. A fresh-faced Natalie also donned a beige wide-brimmed sun hat, white sneakers, and a black Christian Dior shoulder bag. Although COVID-19 cases in Australia are on the decline, she still opted to cover up with a protective face mask.

The Black Swan star has been residing in Australia for a few months now, while filming the latest Marvel blockbuster Thor: Love and Thunder. Of course, the film stars Australia’s own Chris Hemsworth in the title role, and Natalie has also been spotted in Byron Bay where her co-star lives with his family.

She was seen having a great time in Byron Bay while rocking a high-waisted bikini, in late 2020. She was joined by her adorable daughter Amalia for the sweet beach day, as they played in the sand and enjoyed the sunny weather. Natalie first arrived in Australia in September, and was seen at Sydney’s Fox Studios in early November as she geared up to play the role of astrophysicist Jane Foster, who becomes a female Thor, in the fourth film of the saga. Marvel fans would know she also appeared in 2011’s Thor and the 2013 sequel Thor: The Dark World, so she’s no stranger to the iconic films. We can’t wait to see her on the big screen in the latest Marvel blockbuster!
