There’s nothing like walking in a winter wonderland! Over the Christmas holiday, Vanessa Bryant and her family spent some quality time together taking in the sun and snow and making memories to last a lifetime. On December 27, Vanessa, 38, shared the cutest video with her 18-month-old daughter, Capri, sledding down an intimidating hill! Fortunately, there was no fear for this mother-daughter duo.

Vanessa held on tightly to her precious baby girl, whom she shared with her late husband Kobe Bryant. The two were completely bundled up to stay nice and warm in the frosty temperatures. By the time they were ready to take the plunge, Vanessa and Capri held on tightly to one another as their tube carried them down the hill! Vanessa could just be heard saying “wee,” as she and her daughter’s tube took them down what appeared to be a snow slide carved into the hill! “Mommy and Koko,” she captioned the post, adding a heart emoji and the hashtags “18 months” and “fearless!”
This is the first holiday season that Vanessa and her daughters, including 17-year-old Natalia and four-year-old Bianka, are celebrating since the passing of Kobe and Gianna Bryant in January 2020. But they celebrated with those nearest and dearest to them despite their difficult year. In fact, Vanessa has been documenting a slew of memories that she’s been sharing with her girls!

On the same day, December 27, Vanessa and her eldest went ice skating together in their own private winter wonderland. Before hitting the ice, Vanessa captured a selfie video with her daughter. The young mom gave Natalia a smooch on her cheek, telling her “I love you” with enough warmth to melt any snow! Natalia sweetly told her mom, “I love you, too.”
It’s been so fun for longtime fans and supporters of Vanessa to see her and her daughters making new holiday memories together — but they aren’t alone! The Bryant ladies are enjoying their holiday excursion with Vanessa’s BFF Ciara and her family. Ciara and Vanessa are so incredibly close, and have been there for one another in these trying last few months. With the new year on the horizon, we cannot wait to see more of Vanessa and her girls celebrate the holidays and head into a new year together.
