With Tristan Thompson joining the Boston Celtics in a two-year, $19 million deal, he’s literally going to be on the other side of the country from L.A. based Khloe Kardashian. The 29-year-old athlete set tongues wagging when he was photographed having dinner with a mystery blonde at a Boston Japanese restaurant called Zuma on Dec. 13. Despite two public cheating scandals while he was with Khloe, 36, she doesn’t have to worry this time around, as the woman in question is his estate manager named Julia, TMZ reports. You can see photos of their dinner date here.
“Many celebs and sports stars from the Celtics, Patriots and Bruins and Red Sox are in here all the time. Tristan was there, he was very nice, very polite and was with a woman, but it didn’t appear to be a date at all. They seemed very comfortable with each other and it was major friend vibes. They left separately. He was a very nice person and wasn’t hiding himself or doing anything unusual,” an employee of the restaurant tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY
Tristan is looking for a new residence to call home in Boston, Julia is there to help him find a property, the site reports. It adds that she also assisted TT when it came to deciding on his Los Angeles place. Khloe is reportedly now with Tristan in Boston to help him get settled according to TMZ. The site also says that Khloe won’t be making the move to Massachusetts, but she will be making extended visits with their two-year-old daughter True Thompson.
The former couple reconciled during 2020, as they bonded as a family with True during the COVID-19 home lockdown. Khloe even tested positive for the coronavirus and had to quarantine, while Tristan stepped up his daddy duties. The way he was able to recommit to her was enough for Khloe to move past his Feb. 2019 cheating scandal, where be was busted fooling around at a L.A. house party with Kylie Jenner‘s then BFF Jordyn Woods, 23.
The Celtics have already made sure Khloe and True feel like part of Tristan’s new sports family by sending the Good American apparel founder a care package filled with the team’s gear. On Dec. 11, Khloe shared photos of all of her new SWAG on Instagram stories, along with a card that read, “Khloe & True! Welcome to the team! We wanted to make sure we got you both a starter pack of gear before the season starts. Stay healthy and go green! [Love] The Celtics.”
The package of goodies included a Celtics teddybear holding a basketball, large and small logo thermos cups, black and green beanie hats, Celtics t-shirts and other green, white and black apparel. “Thank you so much @celtics!!,” Khloe wrote on top of a photo that showed the package sitting alongside her Christmas tree. She added, “So sweet of you to include True and I!!! Go green,” with a trio of clover emojis.
