Jennifer Lopez‘s kids may be getting older, but they still love snuggling up on their mom’s lap! Emme and Max, who will celebrate their thirteenth birthday in early 2021, posed for a sweet snap with the Super Bowl Half Time star. “I love that they still want to sit on mama’s lap,” JLo captioned her December 5 post. “Happy Saturday #Coconuts.” The mom-of-two was sat on a beige armchair, wearing no makeup and a fluffy white robe. She brushed her brunette tresses back into a top knot and pulled her kids in close.

Her mini-me daughter Emme wore a fluffy white sweater, matching her mom’s robe, while little Max donned a blue dressing gown and striped pajama pants. The trio certainly looked cozy! Actress Kristin Chenoweth commented, “I get it. I still want to. I can’t help it. Of course her legs go numb and then i hop off. But still,” referencing Jennifer’s caption, while TV personality Mario Lopez simply wrote, “The best :).”

The singer, who is set to wed former MLB star Alex Rodriguez, 45, has postponed her nuptials twice amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and recently opened up about planning the wedding. “You know we’ve talked about so many different things cause we had to cancel the wedding last year because of COVID, because of the quarantine, and we actually did it twice, which people don’t know, where we had it in different times – first one canceled and then second one canceled as well – and so I don’t know,” she told Mario Lopez in a new virtual interview with Access Hollywood. “We kind of have let it go for a second.”

JLo, who already treats Alex’s kids Natasha, 15, and Ella, 12, like part of the family, went on to explain that the pair were in no rush to make things official. “I think we just feel like, ‘Let’s just wait it out.’ There’s no rush. We’re good. Everything’s cool. It will happen when the time is right,” she said.
