Sophie Turner, 24, thought that she and husband Joe Jonas, 31, “needed some content” on her Instagram page. Her solution was uploading a roundup of throwback photos on Dec. 4 — which included a picture of Sophie sweetly cradling her bare baby bump! The Game of Thrones actress was still carrying her daughter Willa at the time, and Joe sweetly rested his head on Sophie’s shoulder in the picture.
Other highlights in this throwback post included a snapshot from their surprise Las Vegas nuptials in May of 2019, which showed the newlyweds rocking Elvis Presley-inspired aviators in front of their “Jonas” wedding cake surrounded by cupcakes. Another sweet photo showed the couple at the surprise early birthday party that Joe threw for Sophie on Valentine’s Day 2019, and they were surrounded by pink balloons and romantic flowers.
Sophie wasn’t accompanied by Joe in one of the photos, though. Instead, a friendly lemur sat on the HBO star’s shoulder as she rocked a bedazzled I.AM.GIA crop top. The last photo in the throwback Instagram slideshow showed Sophie with two of her pals.
Sophie and Joe went on to welcome their baby girl, Willa, at a Los Angeles hospital on July 22. And the parents were pictured with their newborn for the first time ever during a family stroll in Los Angeles on Oct. 8! Sophie hasn’t posted too many photos since the baby’s arrival, but she has shared throwback baby bump pictures here and there — such as this one of the X-Men: Dark Phoenix star enjoying a pool day in a bikini.
Sophie has also commemorated her little family with ink! In November, the English actress debuted wrist tattoos of the initials “W” and “J,” which appeared to stand for her husband and daughter’s names. While Sophie is loving life with her recently expanded family, we have to admit that we miss her trendy maternity outfits — so, here are even more throwbacks of Sophie during her pregnancy.
