Tom Ackerley, 28, doesn’t want Once Upon a Time in Hollywood to have a romantic happy ending for its real life co-stars, Margot Robbie, 28, and Brad Pitt, 54! Tom has reportedly been “dropping by the set” for the film, set to be released on July 26, 2019, because of Brad’s rumored crush on his wife, a source close to Tom and Margot claimed to Life & Style in its Aug. 29 issue. Tom, who’s been married to Margot since December of 2016, is “keeping a close eye” on Brad, the insider added. “He hopes his presence sends a powerful message: steer clear of Margot!”

The “I, Tonya” producer even reportedly voiced his concerns to his wife! “Tom doesn’t want them socializing offset and he’s told Margot that he won’t stand for it,” the insider went on. The magazine also helpfully pointed out that Brad has a track record of dating his co-stars, which currently stands at nine women. As we’ve told you on July 26, another insider fueled these rumors by claiming to the magazine, “It’s obvious that Brad’s completely smitten with Margot.” The insider went so far as to add that the film’s other co-star, Leonardo DiCaprio, 43, also “called [Brad] out for layering it on so thick [with Margot].” But Tom can take a breather, because his reported jealousy is most likely unwarranted.

The insider also said that Brad respects Margot’s marriage. “Brad insists he knows she’s off limits,” and is “just awed by Margot’s talent.” Brad has also been kept busy by his lengthy custody battle with his soon-to-be ex-wife, Angelina Jolie, 43, whom first filed for divorce in 2016. And Margot and Brad’s project has barely begun filming! The movie really only went underway earlier this summer, after Leonardo posted a photo to Instagram of him and Brad in costume on June 27, captioning it, “First look. #OnceUponATimeInHollywood.”

HollywoodLife reached out to Brad Pitt’s rep, who had no comment.
