It’s only been five months since the Love & Hip Hop Atlanta reality star welcomed daughter Bonnie Bella into the world and she’s already rocking washboard abs and toned legs! What’s her secret, you ask? Look no further than this inspirational workout video. On a sunny jog through Los Angeles on May 3, the brunette beauty stopped midway on the path to perform some high kicks and jumps while a friend of hers recorded the session. “#Resultsin28days,” she captioned the video on Instagram.
Cleary motivated to shed the baby weight, Joseline has also challenged herself to eat right. Listen, we all want to eat burgers, fries, and pizza all day long, but it doesn’t do the body a world of good. Instead, the first-time mother sticks to fruit and vegetables as often as she can without going totally crazy. For breakfast she typically eats pineapple, berries, and melons and drinks freshly squeezed orange juice, based on an Instagram video she posted. Of course there are the occasional cheat days, where she indulges in bacon, potatoes, and pancakes.
