I don’t know about you, but the thought of getting on the elliptical doesn’t exactly thrill me. Instead, think about jumping on a trampoline for 45 minutes or dancing with your friends to fun, pop-y music? Sound better?

Tons of celebs go to Body By Simone classes to get fit while having fun. Creator Simone De La Rue was actually just on Khloe Kardashian‘s Revenge Body as a featured trainer and totally transformed the body of one of the participants!

Stars Working Out — Stars At The Gym

Stars like Taylor Swift, Chrissy Teigen, Karlie Kloss, Lea Michele and Reese Witherspoon, just to name a few, have all worked out at Body By Simone.

Simone told PEOPLE magazine: “Body By Simone workouts are effective because they get your heart rate up, torch calories, and tone your entire body, all while having fun! People love BBS because no class is ever the same.”

There are a few different classes — cardio dance; arms, back, and abs; full body conditioning; hips, thighs, buns; and a trampoline class. She has studios in New York City and California, and DVDs if you aren’t in those cities.

Simone says, “The classes are fun because they allow you to literally dance like no one is watching. When you love a workout, you have no problem coming to class a few times a week. The more you attend class the better you look and feel. It’s an amazing cycle to be in!”

I did the trampoline workout with Simone and Keke Palmer back in 2015, and it was NO JOKE. It was so much but seriously one of the hardest workouts ever!
