Robert Blake has applied for a marriage license! The 83 year-old TV star who gained fame as Detective Tony Baretta in the Baretta television series is marrying for the third time, according to TMZ. Robert allegedly went to the Beverly Hills Courthouse on Thursday, Mar. 9 to file for a marriage license with Pamela Hudak, 55. The couple have reportedly known each other for years and even have been in a relationship back in 1991! Apparently no wedding date has been set yet for the nuptials.

In 2001, Robert was on trial for the murder of his second wife Bonnie Lee Bakley. They were married for only a year when the couple went out to dinner at Vitello’s restaurant in the San Fernando Valley. After their meal, Robert claimed he forgot his gun, which slipped out of his pocket during dinner and went back into the restaurant to retrieve it. When he returned to the car, Bonnie had been shot and killed.

Prosecutors made the case in the trial that Robert had hired a hitman to kill Bonnie and argued that the $10k in his dresser drawer was evidence. Pamela even testified on Robert’s behalf and said the actor frequently kept large amounts of money in his house. She also lived in Robert’s guesthouse in 1995 and again two years later, according to TMZ. The jury disagreed and Robert was acquitted. Robert’s first marriage was to Sondra Blake, 80. They were together from 1961–1983 before they divorced. Robert and Sondra had two children named Noah and Delinah.
