The fan, named Keith Casey, spotted Justin, 22, walking out of a tanning salon on Grafton Street in Dublin and asked for a photo. Justin ignored the fan and his bodyguard told Keith that Justin wouldn’t be taking pictures. Keith continued to follow Justin and repeatedly asked for a photo. The bodyguard asked Keith to not follow Justin so closely.

“I just want a photo, I’m going to see your show tonight” Keith asked Justin, to which the singer replied, “I don’t have a show tonight.” Justin walked away without a second glance. Keith continued to follow Justin, but he never got his photo.
The incident has left Keith shocked. He told the Irish Independent that he would be giving away his ticket to Justin’s concert after the singer refused to take a photo. “I’m just in shock,” he added. “It’s not everyday a normal Irish person sees their idol in a sunbed shop and then they treat them with that attitude. Its just not fair.”
Justin is still in the midst of his Purpose tour, but it’s been a roller coaster of emotions for his fans. Justin has stormed off stage after he wanted fans to stop cheering for him and told his fans that their screaming was “obnoxious.” He’s been clear to his fans about giving him space. However, he did apologize to his fans in an open letter, saying that he never meant to hurt anyone’s feelings, he just wanted his fans to listen to him.
