We’d hoped that Butch Baltierra, 54, had seen the inside of a prison cell for the last time after he got out of prison in 2016, but he’s found himself behind bars once again according to a new report. The Teen Mom OG star was busted for operating a vehicle on a suspended license back in June and it turns out he pled guilty in Sept. in documents obtained by Us Weekly. A spokesperson at the St. Clair Michigan County Jail confirmed to Radar Online that Tyler’s pop spent six days on the inside until October 13, when he was either released or transferred, but the site says it appears he’s still behind bars. Oh no!

Tyler, 24, has been going through SO much in 2016 with wife Catelynn Lowell’s depression battle that this bit of news has to be absolutely heartbreaking for him. Butch had been in prison for so much of Tyler’s life that it was such a blessing when he seemed to be turning things around, getting sober and staying out of trouble. He was released from his last prison stint in Aug. 2015 after serving time for home invasion, larceny and breaking and entering. Luckily he made it out just in time for Tyler and 24-year-old Catelynn’s big wedding!

It appears the one bright spot is that Butch is still sober and isn’t using drugs or alcohol when it came to this latest brush with the law. He fought so hard for his sobriety and it will always be an ongoing issue for him, but at least this latest bust didn’t have anything to do with him being under the influence. Tyler has enough going on with Catelynn’s scary post-partum depression that worrying about his dad’s condition is the last thing in the world he needs. His exhaustion over dealing with her issues came roaring to a head on the Oct. 10 episode of Teen Mom OG when he told her, “I can’t do this forever. There’s no way. Not like this.”
