Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton, 27, isn’t having the best year so far. First he sustained a concussion during the Falcons game on Week 4, and now he’s reportedly being sued! Cam was probably in the mood to party his sorrows away after losing the Super Bowl last year to the Broncos, and so, he rented a home from Stacy Keibler‘s, 36, husband, Jared Probe, who manages a bunch of luxury spaces in Beverly Hills. Cam allegedly TRASHED the place, and caused nearly $100 thousand worth of damages, according to TMZ.

Cam rented the space from Jared for $123 thousand in Mar., just one month after Super Bowl 50. He rented it for 61 days under the conditions that there would be no smoking, and no more than eight guests at a time, according to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports. Cam didn’t exactly follow the rules, and allegedly ended up having a bunch of parties there. He might have gotten away with it, too, if it weren’t for the meddling HOUSEKEEPER, who snitched on the whole thing. Doesn’t this feel like a Scooby Doo episode?

Once Cam moved out, Jared went to inspect the pad and said that the athlete ruined a $32,000 rug with cigarette ashes, and caused water damage to the floor. Jared claims his team went after Cam, and slapped with with a $90,324.47 fee…but he never paid up! Adding legal and repairmen charges to the mix, Cam now reportedly owes $270,324.47! Holy moley! This isn’t the best time for Cam to be throwing money away, since his girlfriend, Kia Proctor, is reportedly pregnant with baby number two!
