She’s had enough already! Kim Kardashian, 35, is looking to totally shut down Vitalii Sediuk, 27, after he literally tried to kiss her ass Sept. 28 during Paris Fashion Week. Since this isn’t the first time he’s tried to mess with her, she’s looking to make sure he never again has the chance to get near her by seeking a restraining order! TMZ reports from sources close to the star say that after their latest encounter, Kim plans to file a police report with Paris PD and wants to make sure he keeps his distance from her.
The prankster shocked Kim as she exited her SUV and in front of full view of the paparazzi, he lunged forward to plant a big kiss on her ample butt. He almost got away with it before her buff security team tackled him to the ground as Kim went on her way. This encounter was a little less scary than the last time Vitalii tried to get all up in her business at PFW in 2014, when he tried to tackle Kimmy as she exited her car. That moment was clearly terrifying for her and the fact that he’s back at it again has made her say enough is enough!

Vitalii has really been on a roll lately when it comes to pestering celebs, as he managed to get past Gigi Hadid’s security team during Milan Fashion Week and grab the model. He lifted her off the ground and twirled her around before the 21-year-old gave him a good swift elbow to the head and he ran away. She was clearly pissed off at his actions, almost trying to chase him down herself and use her boxing skills get a piece of him. But messing with Kim — again — could finally land him in legal hot water.
