1. Yes, he’s returning to the Gilmore Girls reboot.
After playing bad boy Jess Mariano, one of Rory’s famous beaus, he had to return for the Netflix reboot, and while we don’t know much about what his part in it is, we know he was shooting it subsequently as the This is Us pilot and that he stayed close to producers Amy Sherman-Palladino and Daniel Palladino after the show ended. Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life debuts Nov. 25 on Netflix.
2. He actually guest-starred in some of your favorite shows growing up.
His first television role was playing a guest-star on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, followed by guest spots on Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, Saved by the Bell and CSI. However, he later starred on (my favorite show) American Dreams.

3. He’s a big supporter of the troops.
During Heroes, he took time off to visit in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait for a USO tour; he works with Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), and helped it launch a PSA campaign in 2009 titled “Support Your Vet.”
4. He has dead nerves in his lower lip, resulting in a perfectly imperfect smile.
Yes, he actually has dead nerves in his lip, which was just one of the things that made him perfect to play Rocky’s son in Rocky Balboa. “I thought if Rocky and Adrian had a child, (Milo) would be a perfect offspring,” Sylvester Stallone said, as he has the same condition, giving him a “crooked mouth.”
5. He has an adorable bromance with Jack Coleman.
They starred in Heroes together, so it’s not surprising but they actually still have quite the bond, uniting at conventions, and showing each other love on social media.
