Talk about your modern day Fatal Attraction. Dominic’s, 39, alleged stalker, Meredith McLarty was locked behind bars on Sept. 15, after she sent threatening text message to the the actor’s cellphone, according to TMZ. After being notified of Meredith’s recent attempts, cops immediately obtained an arrest warrant and captured the alleged stalker at LAX Airport. Meredith is currently being held on a $100K bond, according to authorities. SO scary!

Meredith’s recent threat violates a restraining order, which Dominic took out on the crazed fan in 2015, according to law enforcement. And unfortunately, this hasn’t been her only offense over the years. Meredith has reportedly been stalking Dominic since 2014, and was arrested in Mar. 2015, after she posted a horrifying message on Twitter. “Three words …Mark David Chapman…” She went on, “Save #domswildthings,” she wrote.
For those who are unaware, Mark David Chapman is the man who killed John Lennon in 1980, and the hashtag used in the tweet is Dominic’s Twitter handle. So it sounds like Meredith was threatening to murder the actor! That’s at least what the police interpreted the message to mean when they arrested her at the time. Yikes!
It’s still unclear as to why Meredith wants to harm or kill the actor. Apparently, Meredith is in love with the actor and has been way before Dominic ever starred on the ABC television series in 2004, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ in 2001. Prior to the life threatening messages, Meredith allegedly sent Dominic vulgar emails, detailing sexual activity and other raunchy topics. She also explained what she loves about Dominic on her website. This is so insane! At that time, Meredith was only ordered to refrain from contacting him via social platforms, but it was quickly bumped up to a detailed restraining order after the threats continued.
We are glad that Dominic is safe and has not been harmed by Meredith or anyone else. Hopefully this will be the last of the vicious attacks now that she is in custody.
