Fans are going CRAZY over this new picture of Tupac Shakur! Conspiracy theories have been following Tupac ever since his rumored death in 1996, most of which are too bizarre to believe. Some say Tupac was abducted by aliens, others claim he was exiled and has since been living in Cuba. However, Chris Carroll, the now-retired police officer who first arrived on scene during Tupac’s shooting, is coming forth with counter evidence of his own. ‘Tupac is dead,” he confirms to the Daily Mail.

Ex-officer Chris WATCHED Tupac slip into unconsciousness the night he was shot. “I saw him lose consciousness and lose his life 20 years ago,” he continues. “I still find it astonishing that fans and people believe that Tupac is alive.” While the resemblance is uncanny, there is a high chance that someone could just be posing as Tupac, and Chris seems to agree. “This new video does nothing to change my mind. There are lookalikes all over the world and this may be another one or a hoax.”

But why Tupac? Why are there so many theories surrounding HIS death? No one is making stuff up about Amy Winehouse or Brittany Murphy. Even Tupac’s friend and Death Row Records CEO, Suge Knight, added fuel to the fire in 2012, by saying, ”Maybe the question is, Pac’s not really dead. Pac’s somewhere else.” Like in heaven? It seems like a farfetched concept to believe Tupac is really alive, but that video does a pretty good job at raising questions.
