With Notorious B.I.G.‘s “F***ing You Tonight” blasting, Mary J. Blige, 45, and Diddy, 46, couldn’t help busting a move like nobody else was even around. Although it’s unclear where they were, Diddy and Mary J. seemingly didn’t have a care in the world other than having a good time together. What a way to help each other through a breakup, huh?
Diddy shared the vid on his Instagram, captioning it “It’s just a VIBE!! My sis @therealmaryjblige!!! #LETSDANCE #BADBOY4LIFE #takeDat.” Making no mention of his recent split from singer Cassie, it seems Diddy’s dancing with Mary J. got his mind off his heartbreak!

Well, maybe not quite. Just three hours after posting his video with Mary J., Diddy re-grammed a picture of Cassie using only the word “Always” as the caption (see it below). At least the dancing was a temporary distraction?
In case you missed it, Diddy and Cassie recently called it quits after getting into a blowout fight at their home on Aug. 17 — things reportedly got so bad that the cops were even involved. Cassie was supposedly the one that wanted to end things, so Diddy was likely pretty torn up over the split. But with Mary J., one of Diddy’s good friends, going through the same thing, they clearly found a little bit of solace in each other!
Just a couple weeks before Diddy’s relationship ended, Mary J. reportedly filed for divorce from her husband of 12 years, Martin “Kendu” Isaacs. Since she was the one who put an end to the marriage, Mary J. likely wasn’t as upset as Diddy…perhaps she was the one who initiated the dance party with Diddy? Regardless, it looked like one heck of a good time!
