Rapper R. Kelly, 49, has found love with a new girlfriend, according to an Aug. 8 report — and she’s 19 years old. They were spotted partying in Atlanta, GA over the weekend, and we’ve got to say it’s feeling like 1994 all over again. Get the details on the singer’s relationship with model Halle Calhoun here!

This gives us the heebie-jeebies. R. Kelly — who will be 50 years old in Jan. — is reportedly dating 19-year-old Halle Calhoun, per RevoltTV.

R. Kelly and Halle allegedly met when she attended one of his concerts in North Carolina with her mom, and she posted a photo of them PDAing on Instagram on July 28, captioning it, “The realist!”.

The pair also stepped out together at a party at Atlanta’s Gold Room on Aug. 6. “The two were said to have met backstage at one of his shows and have been hanging out since,” a source told The Jasmine Brand. Well, they certainly looked cozy as they posed for selfies with fans in the VIP room at the party.

This isn’t the first time R. Kelly has been at the center of a story like this. As you may recall, the “Ignition” singer secretly married the now deceased singer Aaliyah when she was fifteen years old. Her age was listed as eighteen on the marriage certificate, deeming the union illegal, and it was annulled in Feb. 1995 by Aaliyah’s parents. Since then, R. Kelly has had other allegations against him about relations with underage girls. He was also charged with child pornography and was acquitted in 2008. Needless to say, the Grammy winner has participated in his fair share of controversial relationships.
