It looks like Zayn Malik, 23, wants to erase every reminder of his ex, Little Mix singer Perrie Edwards, 23, from his life. In a snapchat video shared by his new girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, 21, on Aug. 4 — the self portrait of his ex no longer appears on his upper arm. We can’t make out exactly what new designs he’s had tattooed on his arm but we definitely can’t see Perrie’s image anymore. In the snap, Zayn can be seen preparing fried poultry over a stove, which the model captioned: “Yessss king,” alongside several chicken emojis.
Zayn first got the ink of Perrie in 2013, inspired by a sexy drawing of her wearing a peace-sign shirt and beanie. The singer made his declaration of love, after a year of dating, by visiting Tattooed Heart Studios in Maryland. Perrie thought it was a very sweet gesture at the time, saying, “When I’m away from him, I guess he can just take a look at his arm and remind him of me. So it’s a lovely compliment really. I love it, it’s lovely.” The pair spent four years together and even got engaged, before he decided to end their relationship in 2015.

Since Zayn’s breakup with Perrie, he found love with Victoria Secret stunner Gigi, and the pair has been inseparable since last fall. Zayn recently made headlines for allegedly cheating on his new lady, secretly meeting up with a “fan” in New York City. We hope it’s not true, especially since she just moved into the former One Direction member’s abode in Los Angeles. “She’s super intelligent,” Zayn gushed about Gigi in the new issue of ELLE. “I think that’s why it works so well.
