Wow. Iggy Azalea has bravely opened up about the end of her relationship with Nick Young, nearly one year after they got engaged in June 2015. On Sunday, June 19, Iggy finally revealed that she and Nick were over, and that it was because although she tried, she could no longer trust him.
“Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him – it’s become apparent in the last few weeks I am unable to,” Iggy wrote on a photo that was posted to her Instagram account. So sad.

“I genuinely wish Nick the best. It’s never easy to part ways with the person you planned you’re [sic] future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page,” Iggy ended the heartbreaking message.
Of course, you might remember that a cheating scandal rocked this couple in the beginning of 2016. It all went down when a video allegedly of Nick showed him bragging about cheating on his girlfriend, Iggy. The video went viral instantly after it was leaked, and Iggy made the courageous decision to stick with Nick in hopes that they could work it out. Sadly, that was not the case.
Just days before Iggy made the announcement that she had ended her relationship with Nick, she posted a photo on Instagram of a bizarre birthday card he gave her. The card read, “I love you so much I hate you.” Two months before that, Iggy was finally spotted wearing her engagement ring again for the first time since Nick’s cheating scandal.
