JoJo Fletcher’s Diet & Fitness Secrets — Get Her Sexy Bikini ‘Bachelorette’ Body

The 'Bachelorette' star JoJo Fletcher has been looking seriously fit while handing out roses to her many admirers. The reality TV girl recently shared all of her workout and diet tips that keep her looking and feeling great! As season 12's Bachelorette, JoJo Fletcher, 25, spends a lot of time in figure-fitting dresses and barely-there bikinis -- and she does it all on camera! In the June 20 issue of US Weekly, JoJo shared her workout routine and her favorite cheat food.

After showing off her bikini body on the June 7 episode of the Bachelorette, JoJo chatted with US magazine on her best fitness advice.

“Growing up, I played basketball and volleyball and I ran track,” she shares of her athletic childhood. “Now I go to the gym a couple times a week. I do a lot of cardio, like the StairMaster and spin classes,” she says.

To keep her bikini body toned, JoJo likes to train with weights. “I do light [weights] for my arms, like 10 to 12 pounds,” she says, adding, “I use the [weight] machines because they’re a good way to train your body to move correctly.”

Admitting that she doesn’t live in the gym, JoJo says that when she isn’t working out as routinely, she runs with her dog to make sure she’s still staying active. She also admitted that dieting doesn’t come easy for her, saying, “I love food too much. I cook more now that I’m getting older because you can’t eat out every single day. I eat healthy, and then I’ll have a cheat day. I love Mexican food and truffle mac ‘n’ cheese — anything cheesy,” she says of her favorite cheat foods.
