Stephen Curry Punched In The Face After Dive Into Stands — See Pic

Ouch! Stephen Curry led the Warriors to another victory in the NBA playoffs, but not without a fight. The all-star player got punched in the face after he nose-dived into the arena stands. See the brutal pic! Stephen Curry, 28, may not be used to taking a beating. After all, he is a 3-time All-Star and a NBA champion. But the Warriors player was hit hard on May 18, when he stumbled face-first into the stands during the Golden State, Oklahoma City game 2 playoff game. And by the look of it, it had to hurt!

After Steph saw an opportunity to steal the ball from the Oklahoma City Thunder team, he quickly made a run for it. But he may have overestimated how much space he had between him and the stands. The footage shows Steph flying, into a crowded row of fans, face first! Most of the fans look to be in shock, while others cautiously help him up. After a couple of seconds, Steph pops up from the hole in the crowd, like the MVP that he is, and gets back to business.

Whew, that was a close one. But it was only until a picture surfaced of the fall that everyone realized he was cracked in the jaw! A photo taken of the Warrior falling, shows a fan’s hand hitting Steph with a clean left hook square on the kisser. That looks SO painful.

Bruised or not, the blow didn’t seem to phase Steph one bit. The game turned out to be another groundbreaker for Riley Curry‘s dad. In the first two minutes alone Steph scored 15 points, and as the game progressed, he kept the momentum going.

Although  Steven Adam, 22, Russell Westbrook, 27, and Kevin Durant27, managed to beat the Warriors in Game 1, Steph didn’t let them get away with another win. The final score at the buzzer was 118-91, the Warriors took the victory.

Besides the blow to the face, Steph also showed off more battle scars on his elbow during a post-game interview. He’s definitely tough enough to take the blows, but we’re sure daughter Riley isn’t too happy with people roughing up her daddy.
