After a crushing loss in the Indiana primary on May 3, Ted decided he no longer had “a viable path to victory” and dropped out, followed by John on May 4. That means Donald is the official candidate, and, if he wins, Melania will be the first lady.

Donald’s wife of 11 years started modelling when she was just 16 living in her home country of Slovenia. She modelled in Milan and Paris before heading to NYC to make her dreams come true.

During that time, in 1998, she met and began dating Donald. They dated until 2005 when he proposed.
