If you thought Liz was going to make a comeback after that shocking ending, you’re mistaken. The April 28 photos preview Liz’s funeral and her grave. In one heartbreaking photo, Red (James Spader) stands by Liz’s grave.

Other photos give us a glimpse of Liz’s emotional funeral. Harold makes a speech at Liz’s service. Her coffin is carried out by Harold, Donald, Samar and Aram.

The picture that really breaks our heart is the one of Tom standing by Liz’s grave. Tom stares at Liz’s coffin, and he looks devastated. That scene is going to be gut-wrenching.

The synopsis for the April 28 episode reads: “After an unexpected loss devastates the FBI task force, they must track down their assailants; a mysterious group whose agents operate using a worldwide satellite network. Meanwhile, Reddington is forced to confront a ghost from his past — one who knows many of Red’s secrets.”

Liz’s death leaves Tom a single father to their baby girl, Agnes. Tom is getting his own spin-off series, so does that seal Liz’s fate? Many fans aren’t convinced that Liz is gone for good and hold out hope for her return. Maybe there’s a chance that Liz is alive and faked her death! The Blacklist airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on NBC.
