In the April 25 issue of Us Weekly, Khloe reveals she uses a rotating StairMaster to burn tons of calories. “After 15 minutes, I’m panting like a dog.”

To keep her famous curves, Khloe works with trainer Gunnar Peterson. The mag says they do moves like the “single dumbbell sumo squat. Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, toes turned out, a 20-pound dumbbell in the right hand. Keeping the upper body tall, lower the hips into a deep squat with the dumbbell hanging naturally between the legs. Hold for a second, then drive through the heels to return to start. Do six to 12 reps, then switch the weight to the left hand. Do three to five sets total.”

As for her diet, L.A. nutritionist Kimberly Snyder tells Us Weekly that milk and dairy can be hard to digest. Khloe cut out cheese and said: “I lost, like, 13 pounds!”

Khloe tells People that her workouts are more than just weight loss. “Walking into the gym I don’t feel sexy, but walking out I feel so accomplished and badass. I do really masculine workouts, and after I feel like I am dope. I can be as sweaty and as gross as can be but I feel empowered.”

She continues: “If you had asked me two years ago if I would have the body I have now, I would have said, ‘No way, my body can’t do that.’ I have always made excuses like ‘I am big-boned’ or ‘I could never be a size whatever.’ I still don’t think, ‘My body is bangin’.’ I don’t think like that, and I don’t know if I ever will. I don’t weight myself. I don’t believe in numbers. I know I have lost so much weight, but I don’t think I will ever be satisfied. And I kind of like that, because I never want to be that unhealthy again.”

Khloe told Shape her specific diet: “My biggest mistake when I’m really busy is that I tend to skip breakfast and end up starving or bingeing on fast food. That’s why I always keep Justin’s Almond Butter packs in my car. Otherwise, though, I am a creature of habit and stick with the same foods. I like a banana and almond butter for breakfast, a protein shake after my workout, Chinese chicken salad for lunch, and steamed veggies and chicken for dinner.”
