The incident went down at around 11 p.m., when the 22-year-old reportedly slammed into another car as she was making a left turn. Debby was given a field sobriety test when cops arrived on the scene, and they arrested her for felony drunk driving since the driver of the other vehicle claimed injury, according to TMZ.
“She was arrested on April 5 for felony DUI on 1st and LaBrea,” the LAPD confirms to HollywoodLife.com.
Debby reportedly blew a .11 during her breathalyzer test (the legal limit is .08), and that authorities lessened her charge to a misdemeanor since the injury was so minor. She was released on $100,000 bail, but faces charges of driving under the influence and driving with a BAC of .08 or higher.
The actress got her start on the Disney Channel series The Suite Life On Deck, a spin-off of The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, from 2008-2011. After that, she landed a starring role in the Disney Channel movie 16 Wishes, then became the star of her very own series on the network, Jessie, which ended in 2015.
