Well, without Harry, Louis Tomlinson, 24, Liam Payne, 22, or Niall Horan, 22, around, Zayn’s been able to soak up all the attention, especially with his solo album, Mind of Mine, about to drop. Still, while it’s been nearly a year since he quit 1D, he keeps dissing the group. “I never really wanted to be there in [a boy] band,” he told Beats 1 Radio’s Zane Lowe. “I just gave it a go because it was there at the time.” It’s time to give a go, so sign up for that here.
Zayn’s constant trash talk has left Harry furious. He thinks that Zayn’s complaints “are just to make him look like he’s somehow cooler and edgier than everyone else in 1D,” a source EXCLUSIVELY tells HollywoodLife.com. However, while Zayn may throw some shade at 1D on his new album, Harry isn’t worried. He thinks his solo music will blow Zayn’s album out of the water.
Seems Zayn is still a little sore that Harry was allowed to grow his shaggy hair while he wasn’t allowed to have a beard. Zayn opened up about 1D’s fashion restrictions, saying that 1D was forbidden to skip shaving. Yikes! Now that they’re no longer together, everyone is growing hair! Liam has a little scruff going on and even Harry has a mustache. Maybe it’s time for Zayn’s ex-mates to play “second fiddle” to him?
