Well, damn. If that’s not the body of a super man, we don’t know what is! Actor Henry Cavill shared his “progress” building up the body of a superhero with one shot on Instagram, and needless to say it has people gasping in awe. He’s seriously hot!

“Warm up phase for Superman training started today!” Henry captioned the photo, proving that this is only the beginning of his body-building for his role. “Posting this pic to set myself a minimum goal…and force myself to actually keep going haha!”

As you can see in the photo it’s not just about Henry’s abs. He’s also showing off his ripped chest, arms, and waist… which his shorts are just barely hanging off of. Is it hot in here or what?

What’s really cool is that Henry also tagged his trainer, Timothy Michael Blevins, in the Instagram caption. Of course his trainer reblogged the shout out to show off the incredible work he is doing with the actor. To be honest, it definitely made the HollywoodLife.com staff jealous! Maybe we can join in on the next workout?
