Wow. Earl Avery, Steven Avery’s younger brother, just dropped a major bombshell about the night Teresa Halbach was murdered that adds to the theory Steven was set up by authorities.
Steven Avery, 53, is still desperately trying to prove his innocence despite being found guilty of murdering Teresa Halbach in 2005. Now, for the very first time, his brother, Earl Avery, is joining the fight and has even revealed some wild new evidence about Teresa’s car the night she went missing, Oct. 31, 2005.
Was Steven Avery set up? His brother Earl definitely thinks so, and it turns out he has reason to aside from being a blood relative. During his first-ever interview, Earl shared that Teresa’s car, the Toyota Rav 4 that was allegedly found in an obscure location on the Avery property, was not in that spot the night she went missing.
“We drove right through there, where that car was supposed to be, and it wasn’t there. That night of the 31st, we were rabbit hunting,” Earl revealed to Access Hollywood. When he was asked if he told the police he said yes, and included, “They didn’t say nothing about it.”
Earl also explained that he believes if there’s another trial, it won’t be in Manitowoc County. “Everybody in Manitowoc County, half of them are against us.” Earl believes the trial will be held in Wausau County instead, which could help with the apparent bias against Steven and his family.
