Ashton’s holiday at home is off to a rocky start on Dec. 23. A Google + post surfaced and began trending on Twitter that claims someone leaked Ashton’s mom’s home address, where he plans to stay for Christmas, and he is understandably livid.

“If you have my address please delete it,” read the post. “It’s my time to be with my family. I love you guys, but I need to be away from people for a while. Thanks to the asshole who posted my mums address threatening the lives of my family just by doing so. Really, you are one of the lowest human beings I have ever met. Hope you’re happy.”
Ashton telling paps to stay away from his family. Wow. This is so sad. Just wow. ~ D https://t.co/SJdcBRtrbY

There’s no proof that the account belongs to Ashton, but he’s definitely been struggling with privacy. The same day, a video surfaced of Ashton telling at a paparazzi, angrily asking him to “stay away from me an my family.” The urgency in his voice and distraught look on his face says it all: he’s at his wits end with the lack of privacy.
Ashton and the other 5SOS guys are famous for being open and close with their fans, but everyone has a limit, and we think its crossing the line to give out a home address online. Luckily the 5SOS Fam has been super supportive, and got the hashtag #LeaveAshtonAlone trending. Hopefully he and his family can make it through the holiday undisturbed.
