Sofia gave quite the flawless performance on the Discover Adventure float, looking fashionable as ever as she belted out her Descendants tune. Sporting a black trench coat with red lining and matching red lipstick, Sofia topped off her rocking outfit with a pair of leather gloves. She was clearly excited to be part of the iconic parade, as she danced and sang her catchy tune while grinning ear to ear the entire time!
In fact, two nights before the parade, Sofia couldn’t contain her excitement on social media. She Instagrammed a cute pic with her Descendants costar Dove Cameron outside of the Macys storefront, including the hashtag #isthisreallife in the caption!
Dove was actually supposed to join Sofia for the parade performance, but was nowhere to be seen once it was their turn to perform. While it’s uncertain why Dove didn’t end up on the float with Sofia, fans took notice and expressed concern on Twitter!

Although Dove wasn’t there, the performance was extra special for Sofia because she was the first person to ever perform on the Discover Adventure float! The adorable all-new Build-A-Bear float made its debut in this year’s parade, featuring teddy bears on a sailboat, rocket ship, and even atop a castle. With her bubbly performance, Sofia was the perfect girl to help premiere it! Now that Sofia rocked the parade, we just hope everything is okay with Dove!
